Our warehouse is NOT open to the public, we are strictly a "mail order" company. Our parts are NEW replacement/after-market parts (unless stated as rebuilt or remanufactured), which is not original equipment. Brand names are used only for identification purposes. NO PAPER CATALOG available. |
| | | Making A Purchase | . . . could not be easier. Just browse our catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to process the order.
Any orders outside of the continental United States should be placed with Walt. These orders will be shipped by UPS and shipping charges for these orders will be the prevailing UPS rates.
Prices are in US Dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express (credit card companies will make the conversion to US Dollars). COD orders are only available for the continental United States only.

| | | Shipping And Handling | | Shipping is based on dollar amount unless considered overweight and/or oversized (i.e. fenders, rims, 3 pt hitches, etc.). Freight accessed is based on prevailing UPS or truck freight charges. |
| | | Delivery Schedule | | Orders are shipped ... UPS Ground ... (Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day shipping is available and billed at the prevailing UPS rates). Most orders are shipped the following business day, however, some orders may take longer to ship. International orders are generally shipped within the same time frame, and must be shipped via UPS due to shipment tracking and insurance purposes. |
| | | Back Orders | | If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We do not charge for any item (including backorders) until it is ready to ship. |

| | | Returns Policy | The following is a list of standards that we follow - Our FIRST & FOREMOST POLICY is to do right by our customers, to treat the customer as we would want to be treated. ** Preauthorized returns only (call first). AND MUST BE returned to us at: 5654 Hwy 15, Mexico, MO 65265. ** Parts MUST be returned within 30 days, special orders MUST be returned within three weeks. ** Returns should be returned in the parts original packaging. Fragile items should be well padded. ** The parts should be insured for their valve (damaged or lost parts will not be subject to refunds). ** Parts will be inspected and must be in saleable condition, before a refund is issued.
Refunds on returned parts will not be handled on a C.O.D. refund basis, refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection. ** No returned parts will be accepted unless transportation charges have been prepaid.
Electrical part returns will be only on the condition that the wrong part was ordered and the part has not been installed. ** A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from your refund (unless there has been an error on our part). | |
